Halex (M) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 29 May 1979 as a private limited company under the name of Halex Sdn. Bhd. It subsequently adopted its present name of Halex (M) Sdn. Bhd. on 4 January 1980. The company commenced their operations in 1980 as a trading company involved in the distribution of agrochemicals. Over the years, Halex (M) has successfully developed an extensive distribution network.
The company is principally engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and agency of agrochemicals. Over the years, they have carved out a niche in the agricultural chemical business. In 1999, they began expanding their horizons by propelling businesses into foreign markets. An Export Department managed by dedicated and knowledgeable team personnel, was also established. The company owns a large technical database of more than 30 pesticide active ingredients that can be used to support product registration overseas. They are actively expanding their database to support existing customers with newer active ingredients. Moreover, is also working closely with interested parties from other countries for mutual benefits.
